This technology in the continues years has the potential and the purpose change of doing business in many fields of Information technology (IT) Web, Cloud, Big data etc.
In the reasearches I have been doing for a long time, I’m trying to do through concrete results or opinions achievements to present chronologically from the beginning, and the latest technology impacts arising from research & development of the scientific world. Also part of this article is dedicated to the ability to develop and integrate these latest technological innovations into E-Government, known as E-Government, for service delivery. Today in the major technological development that are happening more and more daily we have available to use different tools for different tasks or purposes. The challenge is seen to be their choice according to use cases that have purpose, which will add positive value our idea or project to be developed or is in use. Impact of Blockchain
This technology in the continues years has the potential and the purpose change of doing business in many fields of Information technology (IT) Web, Cloud, Big data etc. Saying better in other words can be compared to the same as the first digital medium for value with the Internet that was the first medium of information. But this time this technology has big implications for business and corporations.
The biggest impact will be on the financial services industry, reducing the costs and complexity of financial transactions, at the same time parallel to the stock market by creating a new digital market in the digital world. In fact there is more to this field than it is now showing for several years is being witnessed more by blockchain experts who are providing strong evidence that blockchain technology can transform business, government and society in a variety of ways so far and deeper concepts.
Electronic registry & transaction integrity
According to international standards (ISO 2146: 2010 Information and documentation – Registry services for libraries and related Organizations) with electronic register means registers operating in a network to provide information about the parties, the necessary activities and services by organizations to manage collections and to provide services as information and documentation across a range of applications and domains. We have national (or state) registers which through data elements present different data stored in the registers eg. Civil Registry which stores all data for citizens of a country etc.
An important need is to think about transactions where their integrity, documents or data they are posing are in question to understand the negative social and economic implications that may be due to lack of integrity.

From the technical perspective of the components that can be provided by blockchain technology are: shared ledger, smart contracts, real-time payments, Consensus Algorithm and Virtual Machine.
We have many cases where we can offer public or private services to citizens and businesses, one of them could be the following:
The first case: when Citizens applied for digital ID devices by presenting existing IDs and their verification by the official to the government agency.
Second case: eg. application for business registration by citizen by introducing digital ID and other documents etc.
We hope also in the future that our country will consider this opportunity to achieve such a level of pursuit of global technological trends in the use of new advances and new creations. Such interaction is also possible through the use of blockchain technology.
